This place was clean, with carpeted floors, and all the necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The pool area was nice, bed was comfortable. We liked the size of the room - very spacious, plus it was very clean. You should definitely explore Hai Ba Trung district, it's worth it.

The place was neat and fantastic. I greatly enjoyed the room with a good view. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the pool was great, and I had cold drinks at the poolside bar. Free wake-up service and ironing were provided. the location in a really quiet area was marvelous and absolutely perfect. There were a market and convenience stores nearby.

Everything was excellent. Had a nice stay for three nights. the pool was great and I had cold drinks in the pool bar. Wake up service and ironing were provided for free. the location was great and perfect. Nice to be away from the craziness of the Old Quarter. the interior design was nice.

The staff at the Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa, especially Huỳnh Bách, was very friendly and helpful. the double room was huge and very comfortable. I loved the bed, the coffee, and having a hair dryer available. They allowed early check-in and late check-out. Onsite parking made it convenient. the pool was amazing and the sauna and jacuzzi were delightful amenities.

The setting for breakfast was quite great and unbeatable. There were a market and convenience stores around the hotel.

The rooms have cozy carpets, lovely furniture, and a beautiful view of the city rooftops, and the staff here are extremely friendly, always wearing smiles.

The hotel had a well-equipped gym where I could work out and stay fit during my stay. the spa facilities were top-notch, allowing me to truly pamper myself after a long day of meetings. The sauna rooms and Jacuzzi offered a perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. these facilities enhanced my stay and made it even more enjoyable.

It is quite far by foot from the attractions of central Hanoi and whilst there is a place to eat just outside it, most of the restaurants are quite a long way.
